Ripoff I paid $100 for a phone that broke after one month I got a new phone that stopped working after we put minutes on it They wouldn't give me a refund or a new phone!

I paid $100 for the phone. After one month, the phone stopped working. I sent it in for a replacement and the replacement phone stopped working right after we put $20 of minutes on it. They won't give me a new phone and they won't return my $20!!!
