On 02/28/07 I transferred US dollars to e-gold in the amount of $1,501.68 to Kyramart's e-gold account # 4153243. Michael Thompson, who was the sales rep that I had spoken to at Kyramart stated that the reason we make customers pay in gold keeps our prices low. He assured me that I would receive my product on the completion of the order (which required me to transfer the e-gold from my account to Kyramart's account).
Kyramart stated that they would ship the Bose speaker system as soon as they received the e-gold. A week went by and nothing was shipped. Then two weeks went by... Still nothing. Throughout this time, Kyramart's sales rep Michael Thompson kept in contact with me via email.
After two weeks I started to get aggravated and emailed Kyramart every day. Thompson responded the first time stating, "you item was damaged in transit and was returned to our warehouse."
The third week went by and I emailed Kyramart again. Thompson then stated, "we are waiting for documents at the airport to attain your item so that we could ship it to you."
After one month I realized that they were leading me on. I emailed them again and again asking for a refund and they did not respond nor give me the refund.
Their website looks legitimate. They responded to my calls and emails initially, so I thought it was real.
