After spending Christmas evening online to obtain the perfect offer, we bought a Namsung Dual-x DVD 8181 for that dash. It had been a defected product, therefore we delivered it and was informed they'd possess a fresh someone to be acquired on January 23. Whenever we visited the shop, we were informed they did not have one. They advised they might get us one, but we'd need to spend yet another $100.00-$150.00 for that same product.

I stated that was undesirable, since when would you spend more income since you purchased a defected product for sale. Then I had been informed they had other DVD in additional stores within the tristate region, after I advised them I'd contact every Bestbuy within the tristate. Then I had been educated, that I'd need to choose it-up plus they would not deliver it towards the shop. That was undesirable, I had beennot likely to journey, once they offered me a defected product and may simply contain it delivered. The supervisor did not desire to be troubled, and offered me one-story after another. We actually recommended they provide us back the DVD, therefore we're able to deliver it to Namsung ourselves. Obviously they did not own it. I'll never conduct business with Bestbuy again.
