I needed a wireless router. I purchased one from Best Buy in Jackson, Tennessee. I had to set up an appointment to have a memeber of the "Geek Squad" come to my house and set it up. The cost $203.00. I called Best Buy 5 times before I ever got an appointment for someone to come to my house. The "Geek Squad" geek showed up at 9:00 P.M. He hooked it up, but my daughter could not keep an internet connection on her new laptop. The geek said he was just too tired to deal with it that night. He said he would come back in two days which he did. Granted when he left the house on the next visit she was online with her laptop. But, while he was there her connection was on and off. Before he could even get out of my drive she lost her connection. I waited 3 days, it was still happening. I called Best Buy again. I went through the same crap this time as I did before. Being told someone would call me back in a couple of hours. Finally I was told someone would definately contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Well, in 96 hours I called them back. This day I called 7 times, each time speaking to someone different. As of today, 1 week later I have still no heard from them. Please be warned. If you purchase something from Best Buy, do not expect them to offer you any type of customer service after they get their money. Because, when the money hits their hand they are through with you.
