I had ordered a cell phone,
Didnt like the 1 I picked out so i returned it 3 days later now cingular is charging me the bill for a cell i havent had in my possession since 2006 of january they turned it over to a collections agency to collect on this bill. I have written to them explaining how can i be charged for a bill on a phone I dont have in my possession. They keep sending me collection notices and noone is responding to this. This is very discouraging.
