I put an order with Mango Immediate on Dec. 5th 2006 for an xbox 360 console along with a set of Christian Dior Shades... I named numerous occasions to discover where my purchase was, when I was currently spending on two items with GE money-bank that used to do not need. I had been informed that "due to the vacations" it had been getting longer than typical which I ought to delay the entire 21 business days...

When the 21 business days arrived and went, I called back and was given another weight of lies, stating the product had been delivered straight from Microsoft, and they "leaped out-of item" (ha, ha) Okay... I named them back per week later and also the repetition I spoke to explained that my grievances haven't actually been submitted with customer support! I had been mad!!! She explained she'd get it done, I requested to talk to a boss so when I did so, they "guaranteed me that could be looked after" which "By Friday" I'd obtain a call-back from customer support allowing me understand where these products were... That week handed then another... Then I called back and also to my "shock" (ha, ha) I had been informed that occasionally it requires them only a little longer to come back calls... Which I ought to have patience?

I tell them that my purchase was happening 2 weeks now-not having obtained my items! Therefore, obviously I had been provided another weight of "bs"... I eventually got the XBox on Jan 31st... And you know what? It had been faulty! My spouse is just a computer expert and UNDERSTANDS pc and digital gear... There's no navigating around it, the merchandise is defective! I named them to inform them-and questioned the things they could be performing about this, that evening... I talked towards the many extremely unaware boss who had been extremely rude and he explained the best they might get it done deliver a return tag?! Then I questioned just how long that will consider? He explained everywhere from 7-10 days... Then I requested since I have needed to delay sooo long and since I have had been spending with this product that they deliver me an upgraded product instantly so when I obtain the return tag I'd return their faulty product... He explained no, we can not do this, you'll need to watch for the tag you then may deliver it back after which we shall send an upgraded product...

I asked how long this could all consider? He explained everywhere from 6-8 wks more! I named nowadays Feb. Fifth and when again I talked towards the many ignorant people on the planet, by which I had been downright named a lier, informed I had been being too eager and that I dropped it-this period! I ended my whole purchase, (the shades incidentally... Haven't actually delivered!) when I requested to get a quantity towards the government office, I had been informed there is none??? I advised them that I'd maintain contact with GE money-bank to document a of those costs and that I was also calling the greater business agency nowadays to document a complaint together aswell

Mango Primary may be the many deceptive, many amazingly phony organization I've actually run into...
