Over charged for shipping and the worst customer service I ever had!

Internet ordered a DVD camcorder on 30 May 02. Recieved it 7 June 02, I was charged $40.00 S/H. The camcorder was defective and I sent it back on 11 June Express Mail. I paid $32.00 with insurance.

Photoking received the package on 13 June 02, via USPS track & confirm. I called Photoking 19 June 02 to check-up. Was put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. I had to call back five times in order to get to talk to someone about my problem. They said they just received it that day and they would send the replacement that day out via USPS.

28 June 02, no camcorder. Called Photking four times, was put on hold for 5-12 minutes at a time. They said they had just mailed it out.

Recieved they camera 2 July 02. No Rebate and was charged $60.00 for S/H this time, for the same weight and dimentions of the box of my first order, that I was charged $40.00 for. I called Photking the same day to ask why shipping was so much. They told mew that there was a third party Insurer. I guess they make up there on S/H prices! The Customer Service was the worst in my life! I will do everything in my power to tell people how bad of a company they run!
