Complaint Description: Basically, I was sent merchandise that I did not order. When I communicated with their customer service, they claimed that OEM means new and non OEM means refurbished. First of all, this is not true as there are many non-OEM parts manufactured (brand new). Secondly, the parts that they sent me are defective. Out of two color cartridges sent to me, one does not print at all and the other only prints in red. The order also included a black cartridge that I have not tried.
