Spent a fortune hooking up the DVD & surround sound speakers to the 32"HDTV LCD Protron TV that I bought in November. All installed and DVD volume control broken - on HIGH. Was told to return all which I did (cost of $38.35) and have never heard from them.
Two days ago, the TV stopped working. Cannot connect using their email support address but I found this site and can see by the postings that I am dealing with a bad, disreputable company. Is a class action suit possible. It looks like there are plenty of us.
I spent $1,499.99 plus $99.90 in shipping less than 14 months ago and now what? Can anyone help?
