Executive Details Plus, Will not send me my refund on returned phones, it has been almost 3 months and still nothing

I got my phones at a kiosk in Daytona Beach mall. My fiance did not like the Treo and I returned it for a Slvr. Which was $117.15 less than the Treo.

I spoke with Amber, who keeps telling me the check has been sent out. I still have not got the check. It has been almost 3 months and nothing. Amber said that she could next day the check but they would take the cost out of the check, which I refused to do. They owe me my money, and I intend to get all of what they owe me even if I have to hire me a lawyer.

I will tell everyone not to go to these kiosk that they own. This is ridiculous that I have waited this long for a refund.
