Cashed check on 5/9/02 and no product as of 7/08/02 consumer fraud ripoff

We ordered 2 ClearVue satellite dishes on 5/09/02, and check was cashed on 5/20. As of 7/08/02 no product recieved or any other correspondance from Marvel.
