On April 15 I was charge for registration of a web site (freemoneyplace.com) which I had hosted through APlus net for 2 years. I was not aware of this charge and when noticed called to speak to a support representative.
I asked that this not happen again next year, that my hosting service be changed to a redirect for this site since it no longer had anything to do with the services I provided and that I be refunded the hosting fee for May as I would no longer have a hosted account.By the end of May I had been charged another hosting fee and the site was not a redirect, again I called and spoke to a support rep. That then did change it into a redirect but did not refund my hosting cost.
Again I called and reiterated that I did not want to have this web site registered automatically in 2003 and that I needed to be refunded my hosting fees for May. Was instructed to send letter making this crystal clear so I did this via email.
In June I noticed another registration fee had been charged for this site to my credit card. Again I called and the support personal said he would refund the duplicate charge and my hosting fees that I had been requesting refund on for 2 months.
By the end of June I noticed my site www.freemoneyplace.com was not only not being redirected but was owned by another company entirely. Again, I called and spoke to several people over the next few days including the supervisor Phoenix.
This problem is still not corrected as all personal at Aplus net that I have spoken to, which includes, Ross, Jeremy, Dave, Phoenix and several unanswered emails to billing have refused to take any responsibility for this situation.
