Cellphonerebates.com, ripoff rebate-submitted rebate twice. Still invalid

I sent my rebate exactly to criteria, i rec'd letter back stating to resubmit, with the same letter it seems othere have rec'd. I did exactly again what they asked for & still it is invalid

I called the # that was given. No one answered, look on website, said my claim is still invalid.
