I saw this item on a TV ad and went online to order. They offered an upgrade to their $9.99 item for only $9.99, I agreed and ordered two. Then I agreed to ordering one pack of batteries for $7.95. After I gave them my payment information, the total came up to $98.88!
I looked everywhere on the site for a place to cancel the order, but none is there. I printed out my order from their site, and immediately sent them an email telling them to cancel my order and that I would be filing a claim with the BBB.
Guess what! They ignored my cancellation and took the money from my checking account. Unfortunately, I used a debit card and not a credit card.
I checked online and found that people have been waiting months to get theirs, yet I received mine in 13 days, imagine that! I took them to the post office the same day I received them and am getting delivery confirmation. I also wrote their customer service department, including all of my correspondence with them by email and snail mail. This company uses deceptive practices and they need to be put out of business.
If I do not receive a full refund, I will be filing a fraud complaint with my States' Attorney's office of consumer fraud.
Don't order from them!
