Very poor experience. I feel that I was scammed. I wanted to order a camera and Memory card. The seller talked me into a package deal, he said it was excellent because I got excellent stuff for an extra $100, some of which was a table top tripod and an important filter to protect the cameras lens.
The tripod is a gimmick - worthless, and the filter does not fit the camera. When I tried to return them, they said I would have to return the whole package and pay for shipping and 15% restocking fee - well, of course that was it the end of my attempt to return the product.
The camera is Fine. But I am out a $100 - more than most sites were selling it at.
I strongly recommend checking out other stores and paying a bit more rather than getting scammed. They know it, because when I attempted to call, first I was put on hold for about an hour, and when the operator finally answered the phone, he was very argumentative and ready with answers, although not answering any of my concerns.
