I found their web site online. When I was looking to purchase a Casio ex770s Digital camera. I placed the order for 262.00 with shipping being 19.99. My card was taking a while to run so I called support to find out what was wrong. He told me that he would find out. He came back and said everything was good to go.
He then told me that I had ordered the Japanize version. I told him it did not say anywhere on the site that it was a Japanize version. He said that it was no big deal he would just order me the American version. He then tried to upgrade me on my battery I told him it was a gift and I did not want any upgrades. I asked if the american version was the same price and what were the differences.
He said battery life and warranty. He said it is the same price. And I asked again so I will be charged the same price that they invoiced me for. He said yes. The next day I checked my account and saw that it had been charged for 369.00. I called and asked if it was procedure to pend a account for more then the amount. The guy told me that I ordered the AMerican version and that it cost more. I told him that I was told twice that it would be the same as invoiced. He said well you ordered it with the graded package.
I then told him I wanted to cancel the order. He said he had to transfer me. He put me on hold for a while. When some picked up I had to explain again the situation. He told me it was already authorized and that it was shipping today. I told him I wanted it canceled. He said he had to go to the ware house. I asked well is it going to be stopped. He said he would get back to me. I have yet to hear from him.
