Atlanta Accessories promoted a Bakers Pride Pizza Range on eBay just for over $9000. I applied the buyitnow choice, approached the seller to verify the facts of the purchase and offered my charge card info. The card was billed plus they named by telephone to set up shipping details. They delivered a contact declaring the cost was really $4000 more and desired to understand basically still needed them. Whenever you buy an item on eBay you recognize that you're legally required to purchase them. It appears the vendor isn't legally required to market in the cost advertised however. Atlanta Accessories declined to market me them in the advertised cost and ended my purchase after many telephone calls and emails. EBay didn't react to my criticism concerning the vendor.
