I called to order two $199 digital camera and by the time I was finished, the bill was over $910. The salesman lied about the batteries for the camera, lied about the "special" memory card, lied about having an office in Texas, and lied about the quality of the battery that comes with the camers. He then overpriced everything that was an add-on. Told me the memory card "had to be" what they sold, at a price of $130 each, and how bad the one was that came with the camera. Then he said I also needed to buy the special battery because the one that comes with the camera was junk. Would not let me cancel the order when he gave me the price and moved right on to trying to sell me a warranty that may or may not be for real.
I called back to question him on the price of these items which were very high compared to what was on the net. He said to talke to customer support and immediately transferred me. That guy gave me some song and dance about how I needed these things. When I called back, neither of the guys (Sam and Jerremy) names were on voice mail. When I got ahold of customer support the 2rd time, it sounded like the same guy but he had a different name this time, but was at the same extension.
Avoid these crooks at all costs. Just pay a real price and get a real product, from a real honest company. I chose this one because they had a 5 star rating from one of the on-line price comparison sites. Now I think they either bought that rating or send in many emails saying great stuff to con the buyers.
