Almost a Year Fighting for Phone Rebates Totaling 300 Dollars

I ordered phones, off the internet for me and my daughter, thinking this is a good deal... Well, almost a year later here I am still fighting... I saved all paperwork and copy of payment and did every thing to the tee as to what they said to do to get rebate. I waited 2 mos. Then I started calling them, getting a recording saying how long it would take for the rebate to come. I filed this ripoff thing before but probably didn't do it right. I've wrote to papers and news channels, hoping for help... After all 300 dollars is a lot of money... When living on S.S. Tonight I called and finally got a person, who told me they only have one of my rebates I sent 2, they give me a new address and said to send again... Well I'm worn out..
