My wife ordered an item from Oriental Trading two years ago. There was a box that gave you a 10% discount if you checked it. Many people checked it as is evidenced by the number of complaints against Easy Saver on the internet.

Easy Saver has been charging us $14.95 every month for a total of $360.00 over the past two years. They are charging my Visa account without any prior approval from us. We were unaware of this until this week.

I contacted this company and they agreed to refund $30 and then someone else offered to refund us $75. There are reports of others who have been refunded hundreds of dollars by Easy Saver for this scam.

I sincerely appreciate any assistance or advice you can give us.
