Bought two sirius products plus air time last year as part of two gifts. Both rebates were denied. One was for a $25 NFL product gift card. They said I mailed it a month after the deadline. I didn't. The second rebate was for $50. They said I didn't send in the original UPC, but I did. And of course I couldn't send it in at their request because they already had it! Ugghh! I am so frustrated because the product is great but the customer service downright lies. My son would like one for Christmas and unfortunately I will buy one because as I said it is a good product and attractive for use in a vehicle. If there is a class action suit... I want in!
