We purchases a refrigerator 3 years ago. The compressor went out and was covered under warranty. But we soon discovered that Stucky's charges $89 to come out and diagnose the problem We feel that we would not have had to pay this fee if the warrantied part had not went bad in the first place. This is a ripoff to suggest that an appliance is covered under warranty and then come back with such an exorbatant fee! The advertised warranty is very deceitful. What a RIPOFF!
