I have been trying to get my phone rebate for almost a year now with no luck. I turned in all the required documentation after the required waiting period and since then I have received numerous excuses by e-mail of why it is taking so long. I finally received an e-mail about three monthes ago that my rebate was approved and would be sent shortly. Then two weeks later I was informed that all claims were being reprocessed again and there would be a further delay. I have been unable to contact anyone in person at the #'s provided for customer support. I have seen numerous other complaints on the internet regarding wirefly and would appreciate any help.
