EmpireDigital ripoff Did not ship goods after charging Credit Card

Purchased Nikon SB-800 speedlight and Nikon High Capacity battery on April 03 from E&R Electronics (AKA EBAY Store Empire Digital). My discover Credit Card was charged $3,199.90 on 03 April and I have contacted the company by phone several times and they still refuse to ship the Nikon SB-800 speedlight and the Nikon Battery. I have the original Invoice that came with my order and the original Credit Card invoice. Now when I call they won't even talk to me.
