I see all these bad reports which I will not join "yet" because I have just applied for a number of them, BUT! I called a number of times to the rebate center because the site wouldn't take more than 3 numbers of my phone number. The site would then tell me I filled a incomplete application. If you cannot finish because the site is not taking the info how can you complete it? I emailed a number of times about the problem to their help option-NO REPLIES INCLUDING thru TODAY.
I did finally get through to a company rep and they said if I used Google/Firefox that happens. If for whatever reason my rebates don't go through or are late (I sent on the 28th they expired on the 31st) this will be the reason. They would have gone 3 weeks earlier if they return their help email as promised within 24 hrs.
