I am glad I bought another Altima, but I am not happy that I got cheated by Star Nissan. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change and service your technicians ask me what happened to my radio. Star Nissan put in an aftermarket radio and only connected the front speakers, without informing me and giving me options. Now Im stuck with an inferior product, that half works! I called 1-800-NISSAN1 and will continue to call until at least the back speakers are operating the way a NEW NISSAN should. How can you sell a new car with half a radio? I guess my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau to see what they suggest.
