IC Systems Dell ripoff

IC Sytems call my cell phone and my job phone all day long. From 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

When I answer, they won't tell me who they are, so I hang up on them.

I have asked them not to call until they can identify themselves, but they never do.

I have tried to resolve this, but they are very uncooperative.
