Back in September I purchased 2 Cingular Razor Cell Phones online. Each phone came with 2 rebates for $125.00 each. I had to wait 6 months to submitt the rebates which they did not tell you up front. So I submitted the 4 rebates for cingular razor cell phone @ $125.00 each back in February. On March 1st I received an email for each submission saying they were being processed and it would take 8 weeks. On June 9 I received an email saying the 4 rebates were approved and that checks would be issued.
I did not receive any checks so July 17th I called them 866-607-9877 and was told due to internal issues they were having to reprocess all of the submitted rebates.
They did not give me any time frame for when this process was going to begin or how long I would have to wait. I checked the status online and that website is no longer available.
I am being ripped off!
