Do not order from preferredphoto!
I should have heeded the warnings in the reseller ratings.
I ordered a digital camera and emailed them the same day to cancel. Over the next 3 weeks I left 8 messages on their phone system to cancel the order and sent a total of 35 emails — neither the phone calls or emails were answered. 3 weeks after I ordered I saw the charge on my credit card and a notification that they shipped my order. This company is completely irresponsible and unethical. Now I have to wait for my order to be delivered so I can go through the foreseeable hellacious process of returning it and trying to get a refund.
