Ripoff Office paid in cash and $ not credited and can't find payment did not get receipt

I went to the Inverness office on June 24 and paid my bill of $137.27 in cash to James. I was in a hurry and not thinking and forgot my receipt. The payment was never credited to my bill and James says he has never seen me before despite helping me not more than 2 weeks earlier when I walked out because he did not inform me of an activation fee until after he was processing the new phone. I contacted the manager who said that he would look it up but when he finally got back to me he said there was no payment made that day for any amount close to mine nor was a payment made on an account number close to mine. Now, I am out of that money and need to come up with that payment plus my new monthly bill by the 17th of July or my phone will be shut off. I reported to the Citrus County Sheriff's Department but was told I was out of luck, and the store does not have security cameras so I cannot prove I was there that day.

Any advice??? Please help!!!
