Dish Network (echostar) is a ripoff, I received service January 14, because Wireless One went out of business and traded us to this low down dirty don't give a damn company.
This service has not worked from day one, the customer service people are very rude and keep you on hold forever, and talk to you like you're illiterate and don't know anything.
I am paying for service I am not receiving, and was told I would have to pay and not get credit for missed time, because I am under a contract and regardless to the service I would still have to make monthly payments, because they are not responsible for the service not showing, and if I break contract, I would have to pay $240.00.
I've had several people to come out and fix service, but it would work that day and not work again. I am very disappointed with this service. And tired of paying for service I don't receive. Help! Help! Help!!!
