I mailed in my $200 rebate information on my new notebook. Waited sixweeks, checked my statues, they were unable to locate my submission. They suggested that I remail the information, so I did. Waited six more weeks, checked my status again, still they could not locate my submission. So I e-mailed customer survice and they suggested that I fax the information over and give them 48 hrs to process. It is now June and still they can not locate any rebate submission.
