Ripoff in surance on cell phone 50.00 deductible, that you are not told about

Cingular will not contact you no matter how many times you call them. One dealer said they were a upright company and you have to pay deductibles on all insurance. On a 20.00 phone I have to pay 50.00 deductiable. That's pretty stupid as he must be.
I suggest noone should buy cingular. You can bet everyone I talk to will not. I'd like to let them eat the two phones I paid for.

Ripoff, sold me insurance on my cell and said it was covered with NO deductiable, now that i need repair it's a $50.00 deductiable. I feel i was ripped off the insurance is useless
