I had a $39.99 Regional Advantage plan with MCI World Com Wireless service that includes 200 anytime minutes and 1000 off peak minutes.

MCI World Com Wireless billing system has fraud by charging the my first 200 minutes as my 200 anytime minutes whether it is off peak or in peak minutes. They then charged any my addition in peak minutes at their charing rate. My bill thus came out at least $200-$300/month. I have brough this problem to the customer services. They acknowledged the problem, promised to fix it and resend me the bill; but they never did. This happens over period of 5,6 months billing and I have to call customer service to make the correction every single time. Each time a customer service gave different excuses that the previous customer service failed to fix the problem and promise to fix my bill. At the end of 6 months into the contract, they said I own them over $2000 and disconnned my cell phone. Got tired of waiting to talk to customer service, I used their customer service email as a way to communicating about their mistake on my billing. Listen to their advise, I send them the full payment of $200 to cover basic payment $39.99/month of the 5 months of which I have the service turn on and they promised they will process my request of fixing their billing mistake. I still waiting to hear from them, and they keep sending me bill eventhough they have disconnect my cell phone long ago
