Two "dealings" with this company.
Jan Wife bought a portable DVD player, was defective, totally non-functional right out of the box. No big deal, these things happen. Then we discover there is no phone number, all correspondence must be e-mail, and it took us over a month to get a replacement.
Mar Just the other day someone stole my CC number from somewhere — again, these things happen — charged an unauthorized bill to Etronics.
After I called the bank I contacted Etronics by FAX asking them to contact ME ASAP to intercept the transaction. There was no response. An unauthorized sale is better than no sale, I guess.
Customer support is not even part of the equation here. There are a thousand other places to buy electronics, just go somewhere else.
