These people are fraudulent. They appear very helpful when answering your questions but then when you order (and pay via western union to Italy or e-gold) suddenly your item is out of stock and will be delayed 3 - 5 days.
THEN, suddenly your IP address is blocked from going to their site so that others can order, but you cannot check on the status of your order. Your only contact is by contacting them, but of course now they have your money, they do not respond.
They do not send you any product... Your item will NEVER come. You have been duped. Yes, their site looks professional. Yes, it says they are backed by the yahoo buyer protection program (they are not!).
NO MATTER WHAT... Do not order from them. (Unless you are looking to donate!) According to their whois information, they are based in Brooklyn NY but all the money goes to a person in Italy. The person's name who gets back to you to answer questions is named Quinlan and I believe that is the name they used when they traded under a different online identity.
They change identities every few weeks. (just long enough for people to realize they have been duped and start posting to sites like this). I believe their site elsider.com is down now but they will no doubt be back under a different identity shortly.
