We thought the free one would make a special gift for a family member. Yea right!!! The one time payment plus shipping and handling should equal 138.79. When you call the 800 phone number you are not speaking with a real customer service representative. You are talking with a machine with promts given, which in our case we selected to pay all at once time tp get the free vaccum and to do a check by phone. The promts ask you all your information and gives you an alternate phone 1-800-716-8667 for questions later regarding your order if you have any. Will needless to say our account was charged 313.70. I have contacted our bank. Which in turn we have closed our account and filed an affidavid. When our account was debited it is debited as ac brass logistic singer. Our bank states it will take 10 business days to dispute this.
