Rebate ripoff failed to send rebates due from purchase of cell phones

Pur. Send request as directed, but never received refund. Purchased two cell phones as accounts of T-Mobile. A1 Wireless rebate for $100.00 and one for $150.00. No word about the refund, or why it was not sent. Date of transaction was 12-04. Total price of the sale was $299.00
