Purchased HD DVR in Sept and submitted rebate paperwork in October. The paperwork was in order and received but the rebate has never been paid. I spoke with Direct TV on 3 different occasions over the past 3 months and keep getting told that I should receive it shortly. What a ripoff! Not only that but the service has been TERRIBLE. Stick with cable.
