SF Mobile ripoff Never recieved goods that I paid fo

On December I ordered a hangup cup for Motorola V710 cell phone i paid 39.99 4.85 shipping. I never recieved the order. I have called many times and all I get is a answering machine. I also sent many emails. They have not returned my call as of feb 20
