SFMobile And IPhones never sent any product twice! Rip-off!

I ordered a cell phone case. They billed me, but never shipped it. I emailed, and always got a "just a little longer" response. I waited a month and finally cancelled the order. They did give money back the first time, however they have not given it back the second time yet.
