Proof of $600 purchase of picture offered as "new" when actually it had been a used item renamed to appear new. Customer certifies item was offered almost twelve months earlier. Is that this an extended expression routine by yet hidden? Customer dubious w/d just one of twenty-plus telephone calls were delivered challenging clarification.
