I placed order on Tue. 1/3/06 on Wed 1/4/06. I received a call from a salesman wanting to verify my order he tryed to tell me that the Olympus e500 digital slr camera did not come with a battery & charger. I told him he was wrong and I was not interested in his 300.00 battery & charger. I purchased the camera 719. Oo plus 30.00 shipping, 2 filter kits for 68.00, each plus 117.00 for a 3 year warranty for a total of 1002.00. At no time did they notify me of what they were charging me. When I called my card company they told me I was charged 1339.00$, I then called this company about the over charges. I spoke to this low life floor manager, John. I told him I was over charged 337.00$. He said it was for a 4hour battery and charger. I told him I did not order this and I wanted to cancel this order. He said it was to late and hung up. I am now trying to prove to my card company that I did not authorize this amount of money. Thank you I think that some agency should go in and put a stop to this company's criminal practice.
