Ordered a JVC GR-D270 Mini DV Camcorder on 4th December and then an Apple 4GB iPod mini on 8th December. Decided to check on delivery to note there was no tracking no. Shown on the order details when I logged onto their website. I decided to ring them but only recieved an answer machine to say their mailbox was full and cut me off. Followed this up with an email - no reply. Follwoed this up with a check of my Visa account to find money taken was higher than the invoced vale dut to double conversion from sterking to Dollars and back to Sterling.
I have followed this up with more emails and more attempts on the phone all to no avail and than came accross usacomplaints.com
and found out why I was getting nowhere. I have contacted my Visa Bank to try and claim via them.
This compnay should be reported to Trading Standards who should contact all search engine companies and have this firm removed from their sites as while they continue to
advertise them people like us will continue to be ripped off.
