After buying the information packet, I canceled the order the next day. A female representative (they are very polite, but don't fall for their politeness because they will not do anything). In late May (I don't remember the date), I called up one of their representatives again. I told her that my order was supposed to be canceled on May 15. She recognized my cancellation and apologized. She told me to send a copy of my Credit Card Statement to a specific fax number, which I did. However, as of today, I still have a charge of $79.99 on my credit card from this company.
So please do not fall for this company because they will not refund your money. I have called them three times; they say they will refund, but they don't. I am going to call them on Monday to see if they refund my money.
