I was on line and was entering a sweepstakes and they try to get you to buy something but I always check the no boxes. If I ever check yes it is for information only I never knowingly agreed to purchase anything. Next thing I knew I had charges on my phone bill for voice mail service so I called and the man on the phone said "I can't hear you over and over.", I looked for a complaint e-mail but there is no info. On their website about contacts or complaints or disconnecting service or any helpful way to end such a dispute. Then I decided to leave my report here and call the attorney general in the morning.
