Ripped off money, never delived goods, HORRID customer service! Ripoff

I purchased a product from D-Compute for a birthday gift. I never recieved confirmation as they said they would send me after the order was placed. The same day I ordered I was charged the full amount on my credit card for the product, and still no confirmation on any of the order. I called the facility and they said they would send an email telling me about shipping by that evening. The next day I recieved an email thanking me for my order. Two weeks later I still had no product and I called again to find out. The CS agent told me it was on backorder with a date of Nov 2nd. I asked why no one bothered to call and she had no answer. Nov 2nd came and went, so since no one made a point to call me I called again. This time I was told the 3rd. Called again then and was told the 7th, Called the 7th and was told the 9th... Needless to say I canceled and asked for my credit card to be given back the funds (they charged the card day of order for the full amount) I was told I would have to wait 3-5 days for my reimbursement. Funny thing, they sent me an email stating the cancellation and a note stating I would have to wait 5-10 days for my money.
