GSM Phone Source
Ripoff, refused to return my phone that was covered under warranty, phone purchased from their company

I purchased an $800 phone from GSM Phone Source. The phone was defective so I contacted Adam Roth, at GSM Phone Source, who informed me that the phone was still under warranty. Adam said that if I shipped the phone back to him he would send it back to the manufacture for repair.

I sent the phone back as directed by Adam. Since then I have sent several emails and left numerous messages with Adam and GSM Phone Source, which all have went unanswered.

It has now been over 6 months. I went to their web site and the company is still in business.

At this stage I would like a total refund.
