I heard the commercial on the raido and was interested in the Plazma TV. I called and got signed up. I gave my checking information ad the company started withdrawing from my checking account every two weeks. I was paying $99. After a few weeks passed i called to find out when i was going to receive the t.V. And one rep. Told me after so many weeks first because they want to see a steady pay history. At that time i was living in GA. I called again and another rep told me that i needed to fill out some paperwork before they were going to ship out the t.V. Then i confirmed my mailing address to make sure i get the paperwork. At that time i had move out of the state and called back to let the company know that i moved and i wanted to inform them that i moved and wanted the t.V. Shipped to my new address and again another rep stated that they were going to mail the form to my new address. After several weeks going by and i still hadn't received the paperwork i called blue hippo again to see if they could fax the forms to me and i gave them several work fax numbers and i still haven't received any of the paper work by then blue hippo had withdrew about $900 from my checking account and i still didn't have the t.V. I had to put a stop payment so blue hippo can not take any more of my money. Not to mention the customer service i got was just rude and insane. It is a shame that this company is still able to broadcast on the radio and t.V. Commercials.
