I activated a Liberty Phone 4.29.05 with 1,000 anytime minutes - free nights & weekends. Their promo stated that the $ 100.00 phone price would be REFUNDED after 180 days and that I would also receive a free DVD.
A week later I received another phone, a SECOND $100.00 deducted from my bank account; I didn't ask for this.
It's now November 1 I've been inquiring about the $100.00 refund for the 1st phone since late September. They want another $9.95 to 'send' the free DVD
I've been waiting far too long. I do not get free anything. I've paid $200.00 for 2 phones when I only ordered 1 and right now, the phone isn't working. Although I paid for 1,000 minutes on 10.30.05
Someone one needs to do somthing about this Bait & Switch. False Advertising
